Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed for shipping within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Custom orders may take additional time, depending on the complexity and specifications of the customization. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: For orders within our country, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days depending on the shipping method selected.

International Shipping: International shipping rates and times vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns: We hope you love your purchase from Magical Holiday Memories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging. Customized items are only returnable if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@magicalholidaymemories.com and send your item to our business address provided in the contact section. Please note that we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Process: To return your product, you should mail your product to our business address with proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
